Rules implemented in the model

27210 · Domizil treatment7.27 TP per five minutes; maximum 50 minutes. Includes direct treatment, dossier, appointment planning and eligible changeover.
ChangeoverUp to five minutes in domiciliary treatment. It is part of treatment time—not a separate tariff position.
Five-minute rhythmActual time is entered and the calculator rounds upward to the next five-minute unit, subject to the position cap.
27710 · LiA7.19 TP per five minutes; maximum 60 minutes across nine sessions. Only real, patient-specific, therapy-relevant work qualifies.
27810 · Travel2.38 TP per effective direct-route kilometre; maximum 25 km per treatment. Covers travel time and vehicle/public-transport cost.
Institutional divisorFor several patients at one care-home location, travel is divided across patients where applicable; no 27810 where a cooperation agreement excludes it.
